Editing photos

My second post for today. I've swept the floors and wash the dishes and now I don't have anything much to do and so, I did a little experiment on my picture.
Check out the eyes.

I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS2.
So far I only know how to liquify and change the eye colour.

For light editing like mid tones, contrast, brightness and colour, I just use Microsoft's Office Picture Manager which is easier to use. Hence, the very fair skin :P
But my camera and the lighting does most of the help ;)
