empty promises &sweet nothings

This feeling in my gut is not right anymore. The things I thought I would never regret, would most probably be something I would regret my whole life. You know what it will feel like? Like a knife cutting right through a fresh scar.

And before it gets worse, I better start picking up the pieces.
